What follows condenses the rules that most often shape a deposit or a payout. Where it differs from the full terms you accept at sign-up, or from the card of a particular offer, those documents prevail.
Your account
Accounts are open to people aged 18 or over who may lawfully gamble where they live. Each person may hold one account, registered in their real name with a UK mobile number and pounds sterling as its currency. An account cannot be handed to anyone else.
The four-stage package
Codes CASTLE1, CASTLE2, CASTLE3 and CASTLE4 match your first four deposits at 400%, 200%, 150% and 100% in turn. The first stage is capped at £2,000 and each later stage at £1,000. Wagering and bonus limits
A bonus is wagered 30 times its own amount before it can be withdrawn. Slots contribute fully, while table and live games contribute a reduced share. Deposits and payouts
Money you deposit has to be staked once in full before any of it is paid out. Withdrawals start at £20 and travel back along the route used to deposit. Bank transfers may need 3 to 10 banking days.
Checks before payment
Before releasing a withdrawal we may ask for photo ID, an address document no older than three months and evidence that you own the card or wallet used, and we may phone you.
